Julio is a millennial entrepreneur, active angel investor and real estate developer in Spain, South Florida and Nicaragua.
He has been involved in different technology start ups, including e-commerce, fintech, payments, micro-lending, B2B lending,
proptech and B2B Saas.
Throughout strategic partnerships, outsourcing services, and receiving support from friends and family investors, Julio has been able to buy, develop, and sold over 500 residential real estate units in Madrid, Costa del Sol, Boston, Miami and Nicaragua.
Julio believes in lifelong learning and intellectual curiosity. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Science degree at Bentley University in Boston. Since then, he has continuously attended top education programs in Wharton, IESE, Babson College, Harvard Business School and Stanford University.
